• At Pick N Prep, we prioritize quality control at every stage of our logistical, 3PL, and prepping processes. We inspect all inbound goods before prepping. If an item does not meet brand new standards then we will promptly reach out with all necessary pictures and videos.
• We also ensure all inbound inventory counts are correct to your expectations

• We understand the importance of confidentiality in the business world. Rest assured, at Pick N Prep, we prioritize the security and privacy of your sensitive information. We are more than happy to sign any Non-Disclosure Agreements you require.

• We issue invoices weekly to our customers and charge the card or account on file. All authorization forms and agreements are signed before invoices are sent out

• Pick N Prep has a dedicated team of trained staff. Once the products have arrived at our warehouse, we ensure to have the products prepped and ready to ship within 24 to 48 hours.

First 14 days of storage are free. Any additional days of storage can be discussed with a representative.
